Join Rod Abernethy, Kim Moberg, and Susan Cattaneo for an afternoon full of music.

Rod Abernethy is a unique blend of an authentic southern folk troubadour, master acoustic guitarist and award-winning composer for film, TV, and video games. Rod is the 2021 Overall Grand Prize Winner of the International Acoustic Music Awards and the 2019 Winner of American Songwriter’s Bob Dylan Song Contest. His latest album, “Normal Isn’t Normal Anymore,” has been featured in No Depression, Vintage Guitar, American Songwriter, and The Wall Street Journal.

Kim Moberg is an Alaska Native with passionate and heartfelt vocals that mesmerize listeners while her compositions tug at feelings of melancholy, heartbreak, healing, and social consciousness. She has recorded three albums, each receiving numerous recognitions and charting on the Folk Alliance International DJ and NACC charts.

Susan Cattaneo has a voice that moves fluidly from roots-rock to folk and just a hint of country. Susan brings finely crafted lyrics and instantly memorable melodies to her special blend of songwriting. A three-time Kerrville New Folk Finalist and Boston Music Awards Best Americana Artist. Susan’s latest album, All is Quiet, is an acoustic tour de force recorded remotely during the pandemic with acclaimed guitarists Duke Levine and Kevin Barry. The album charted #2 and was a top 25 Album of 2022 on the FAI Folk Radio chart.

Classic indie guitar rock with a retro vibe… Los Picaros is a North Carolina based band comprised of members from some of NC’s most popular bands including Arrogance, Motocaster, Glassmoon, Tonk, Boot and Bandway. Consisting of two guitars, bass and drums, LOS PICAROS rocks the house with songs from classic rock albums of Big Star, Teenage Fanclub, Creedence Clearwater, Blue Oyster Cult, NRBQ and many other favorite rock bands from the 60s through the 90s.
